Meet Pamela
My Story
The foundation of Divinesoundandlight.com began with Pamela Reynolds’ deep connection to the “sound and light within” through ballet and music. Early experiences with the Boston Ballet and teachings with the other performances revealed the profound joy and strength that music therapy, movement, and breath can truly bring forth. This love for the movement and sound naturally expanded into choreography, where dance became a medium for expressing the song within her heart.
From there, Pamela transitioned into creating sanctuaries for others through interior design, blending color therapy, sound, light enhancement, Feng Shui, and beauty. Armed with degrees in design from the New England Institute of Art and Lesley College, this passion culminated in the creation of
Pamela’s Design Creations - a business dedicated to harmonizing living spaces with holistic principles and enhancements.
A Journey of Healing and Transformation
Pamela Reynolds’ life has been shaped by the profound challenges starting very young and blessed with guides and guidance to understand and move to the divine way of using these experiences to release and then receive and return to the Divine presence within, including near-death experiences, cancer, and other health and life trials, which led to a journey of personal transformation, studies, and findings. Inspired by many including archangels and God and in human guidance with many including her sister’s holistic quantum healing practices at Integrative Health and Wellbeing and her brother’s spiritual guidance through Grace Healing. Pamela embraced prayer, holistic care, sound therapy, light healing and yoga as pathways to recovery. These experiences ignited her commitment to share these gifts with others.
In 2015, Pamela became certified as an Angel Therapist at Angel University, marking the beginning of the SpiritualDivineGuidance.com where she offered private sessions and videos to support others in their healing journeys. Over the years, her practice expanded to include sound therapy, crystal healing, yoga, breath work, infrared light therapy, and singing bowl massage therapy and became accredited through the International Association of Therapists.

Certified in advanced sound therapies like Sound of Soul by Aquaquinta, she offers a range of services designed to guide you on your personal healing journey. From vibrational sound baths to light therapies that balance energy and enhance well being, Pamela’s approach is deeply intuitive and tailored to your Divine being and unique needs.
